How can I track my order ? 

If you are delivered in France, between 3 and 5 days generally. For European Union countries, count between 5 and 7 days, and a little more than 10 days for the rest of the world. Note that these times are for information only and are not contractual.

How long will it take to receive my order ?

Returns are completely free from France and European Union countries. However, we do not accept returns of orders from countries outside the European Union.

Who pays the costs ofreturn of an order ?

For deliveries outside of the European Union, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We invite you to check the customs fees and import taxes applicable in your country before placing your order.

I want to be delivered to a country outside the EU

Refunds appear in your bank account within 5 business days. However, some banks may take up to 15 days for a refund to appear.

How quickly does a refund arrive ?

Unfortunately, not all out-of-stock items are pre-orderable. However, you can still look around to see if there are any other items that interest you.
